Ryder Sementa grew up a Rangers fan living in enemy territory in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
He played 3 years (6 seasons) of In-House hockey at Hatfield Ice Arena before joining other leagues and continued to play Spring In-House in league off seasons.
Played in Mites on Ice at Phiadelphia Phantoms game (Winter 2021)
Selected to practice squads for North Penn (MS B Fall 23-24) and Crush (Spring '25 12U AA)
Lead all DVHL defensemen in scoring for the 2024-25 season and developed into a solid 2-way defenseman. Awarded 2 Game MVPs for Genesis and helped his team win the 2025 MLK Steel City Shootout Champions in the Squirt B division (Genesis). Scored the game winning goal in the DVHL Championship (2-0) while playing every other shift of lock down defense and stopping many opportunities. Earned 'Coaches Award' for 'positive attitude, being a rock on the backend and the engine that makes the team go'. Earned DVHL All-Leage All-Stars selection and EJEPL All-Stars.
